1. Return & Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Refund Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a service or product, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • After 7 Days: All sales are final. Refunds will no longer be available; however, the amount paid may be applied as credit toward another Hall Sons service of your choice.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

  • Rescheduling: We will gladly reschedule your service at no cost if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance.

  • No-Shows: Failure to provide notice or be present at the scheduled service time may result in a full charge for the service.


3. Service Disclaimer

  • Service Quality: If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address the issue promptly. We reserve the right to re-perform the service in order to meet reasonable expectations.

  • Scheduling & Appointments: While we strive to arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, traffic, or emergencies) may cause delays or require rescheduling. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and arrange a new time that works for both parties.

  • Customer Responsibilities: To ensure the best results, customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and securing pets, valuables, or fragile items prior to service.

  • Limitations of Liability: Hall Sons is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues that fall outside the scope of the agreed-upon service. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion.
